Semester rules and regulations play a pivotal role in the smooth running of programmatic and programmatic activities in a university. I am delighted that our team has developed comprehensive rules and procedures for the use across the board. These rules and regulations are well-nested in the guidelines provided by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and have been endorsed by the statutory bodies including the Academic Council and the Syndicate in their 3rd and 7th meetings respectively. They reflect the vision, mission, and core values of the University of Baltistan, Skardu. Amendments to the rules will be made on a need basis and the changes will come in force after their endorsement by the relevant statutory bodies.
University of Baltistan, Skardu is a neophyte university aiming to provide quality higher education services to the immediate communities and elsewhere. The university, therefore, needs policies, rules, and procedures to be set from the very beginning. Alhamdullillah! Our team is working hard in the formulation of policies and procedures with great enthusiasm and dedication!
