a) If a student is not satisfied with the decision of the Unfair Means Committee, s/he shall submit his/her appeal within a week after the decision of the Committee to the Vice Chancellor. The Vice Chancellor may appoint an Appellate Committee to hear the appeals against the decisions of the Unfair Means Committee. The Committee shall comprise of two senior faculty members. The decision of the Appellate Committee shall be binding and final.
b) The Controller Examination Office shall not entertain any direct application from the students without endorsement by the relevant faculty, Departmental Examination Committee and the relevant Head of Department.
