a)      University shall conduct Convocation once in a year to award the degrees to the qualified students as per criteria.

b)     The Controller of Examination Office shall give transcripts and degrees within 15 and 60 working days respectively after receiving complete applications. Urgent transcripts shall be given within three working days upon the request of the candidates and submission of additional fees, that is, Rs. 500 as additional fee.

c)      Duplicate Degree shall be issued (with completion of all requirements) to a candidate in case the original degree is lost/damaged or in case of change in the name of candidate. The candidate shall apply to the Controller of Examinations for the issuance of duplicate degree along with the relevant documentary proof as per the UoBS rules.

d)     The Duplicate Degree shall be signed by the Controller of Examinations only.

e)      In case of loss/ change of name on the DMC/degree the candidate shall submit the following documents:

                                                         i.          Copy of FIR (In case of loss of degree)

                                                       ii.          Affidavit (Original)

                                                      iii.          Copy of DMC

                                                      iv.          Copy of CNIC

                                                        v.          Copy of Matric certificate

                                                      vi.          Submission of original degree/DMC in case of changing in name.

                                                    vii.          Fee Challan.
